Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability, you must be 18 years of age to make a reservation and ensure that all booking information provided is true, accurate and complete. Any change in details (e.g. postal address, email address or telephone contact) must be promptly notified.
Payments can be made by either debit or credit card in the name of the principal guest.
Upon payment of a non-refundable £100 deposit (subject to booking acceptance) the balance falls due 30 days before the rental occupation date. The balance will automatically be taken 30 days before the rental date.
For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is taken at the time of booking.
Where payment of the balance has not been received 30 days before we reserve the right to readvertise the lodge and no refund will be given. Access to lodge will not be permitted unless the rental price is fully paid.
Notice of cancellation by the reserving party in writing received more than 30 days prior to rental date will incur a 20% fee of the rental amount and notice of cancellation by the reserving party in writing received less than 15 days prior to rental dates are payable in full.
Terms
1.By booking at the Pantglas Resort you are accepting and promise to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
2.Access to lodge is 4pm on the day of arrival and lodge must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. A late departure may be available by agreement but subject to a charge.
3.You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account whether by you or your guests.
4.The Pantglas Resort will take a £25.00 per night pre-authorisation payment (max 7 nights) to cover charged items, heating, small losses & damages. This must be paid on the same card used to make the reservation and in the name of the person staying.
5.A charge for electricity is made according to use, by meter reading and payable at departure.
6.You are responsible for the guests staying within your party and will ensure they are aware fully of the Resort rules and booking terms. That you will (and ensure your guests will) respect and always show consideration for the quiet enjoyment of other occupiers/owners and staff. In the event of behaviour likely to cause offense or damage to property or other users of the Resort we reserve the right to remove offenders from the Resort without redress.
7.The maximum stated lodge occupancy noted upon the booking confirmation must not be exceeded at any time and the property will be used solely for the purpose of a holiday by you and your guests.
8.We remind you a strict no smoking policy applies within the lodges and general facilities. Any guest found to be smoking in the lodge may be asked to vacate and we reserve the right to charge for professional cleaning.
9.No pets are permitted in the lodge or within the Resort grounds (guide dogs & assistance dogs excepted).
10.Tents are not permitted between the lodges or within the grounds.
11.To park in the lodge dedicated bays or overspill areas and adhere to the speed limits at all times.
12.Not to allow any person other than you and your guests to use the facilities and amenities without the express permission of the Pantglas Resort.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. The person making the booking accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party.
