We had a very comfortable Tay for a week in Clwyd 1, a three bedroom, two bathroom lodge. The lodge was tastefully furnished and had its own fireplace. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped, but the utensils and cutlery were not cleaned properly on arrival. Later, we found out that it may be the fault of the dishwasher as with an intensive wash, the cutlery and plates were not very clean even though we had rinsed the plates and cutlery before placing them in the dishwasher. There was also a laundry room with a washer and dryer - very useful instead of having to go over to the resort laundry in the cold. The bottoms of the drawers were not very clean on arrival and we had to wipe the drawer bottoms with a wet cloth before placing our clothes in the drawers. The shower head on the upper floor keeps popping out of the holder when we are having a shower and we have to handhold the shower head.The corridor leading to the laundry room, ground floor bathroom and ground floor bedroom is very cold. Some heating along the corridor would be beneficial. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is our fourth stay at this resort and we look forward to coming back again. - Leslie Charles L
We stayed at Gwent 2.Beautiful lodge, lots of room, very spacious, and incredibly clean. We was a family of 8. More than enough room for all of us. When we arrived the lodge was warm which was incredible. The leisure facility was great for adults and kids. The staff are really helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.- A
